书面表达评分原则
根据学生所写的内容和语言表达初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后赋分。该题主要信息点有：你业余时间有阅读报纸的爱好（2分）、学校的校报每两周一期，内容丰富（2分）、你尤其喜欢生动有趣的故事版(2分)、你爱读校报，通过阅读校报，你学到了很多东西（2分）、通过读校报，生活多了很多乐趣（2分）。注重内容表达，重点看所表达的信息是否有效，能否完成题目要求。
注意：1、英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。每两个单词错误扣0.5分，单词错误总扣分不超过2 分。2、文中每个语法错误扣0.5分，语法错误总共扣分不超过2分; 每个单词错误扣0.5分，单词错误总共扣分不超过2分。3、字数65-95为正常；不够或多出的可酌情扣分。
各档次给分范围和要求：
第一档：(9-10分)符合题目内容要求，语言流畅，内容充实，无语法错误。其中满分作文要求信息完整，行文连贯，表达清晰明了而且卷面整洁。
第二档：(7—8分)符合题目内容要求，语句基本连贯，有少量的语法错误，可读性较好。

第四档：(1—3分)只能写出符合题目内容要求的一些信息词汇。
